1971 chrome plastic headlight bezels

 i have a new 1971 grill and new headlight bezels can anyone tell or show me a pic of what fasteners are used i know a phillips head screw but the grill has a tapered hole in it that starts out about 1/4 in  in diameter is the some kind of nutsert  or what this car has been in pieces and i did not take it apart???

It is a little plastic piece that slides down the slot. The head keeps it on top of the slot, the back pieces keep it from pulling through. I've seen 1971 front grill kits that have 4 of these plastic parts in them. Start looging for 71 Dodge Challenger screw kits and you'll get what you need. They are new and out there.
