new from western MA
« on: August 22, 2011 - 09:11:49 PM »
Hey everyone, my names Joe im 21 and just bought my first 72 barracuda. This is my first E body project so everything is new to me. Im very excited i got, they've always been my favorite car. Its solid for the most part just needs a trunk patch and a pass. quarter. I have big plans for the car mainly based around an srt10 motor i plan on using, but this will be a very long process for me plus i have another project going now i have to finish first. Hope to learn a lot on the site and start collecting the parts i need. Heres my rides, everything is done at home in the garage.
68 dart 440, did a rotisserie resto on

my current project, diamond t with 12v cummins hopefully finish up in a few months to get going on the cuda!

best for last of coarse!

Welcome Joe. Cool cars, and I can't wait to see the Cuda back in shape.

Hey Joe,
Welcome to CC.com. I love that Dart with the cross-ram setup. It's looks wicked awesome!! Nice job. It sounds like you've got the know-how to get-r-done. There's lots of know-how and experience here so feel free to ask. You ought to start a resto thread in the project section where you can post pictures and posts on your progress and knuckle-busters!  :roflsmiley:. There's always a bunch of those. So welcome aboard!!

Love that cross ram intake.  Nice old school touch.

Saw a nice 1961 Chrysler 300 with the rams horn intake at Carlisle this year.
