imageshack and attachments are two different ways of doing pictures on this website. its one or the other, not both. attachments pull the pic directly off your computer, while imageshack pictures need to be linked. you would use img tags with the url of the picture to link from imageshack
if you look at the toolbar when posting a new message or reply, youll see a button with a small mona lisa on it, directly under the B for bold button. click this mona lisa button and it will put img tags in your post. then simply place the url of your imageshack picture between these two img tags and youre good to go.
