wont start

guys a i have a 440 in an old truck  ran fine all weekend at the nats ... brought it home put in garage... now it will nto start ..... getting spark at plugs but will not fire..... and gettin fuel cuz plugs were soaked... removed all the plugs and dried them off ..... still wont start   ... any thougts??

first thing I would do is check the oil to see if it is full of gas...a little gas will kill the lube ability of the oil in a hurry and the rings will go quickly.  Change the oil if it smells like gas, put new plugs in it, then fix whatever made it flood...stuck float or something that allowed the bowl to drain into the engine

I have seen many a plug that was wet with fuel that refused to fire properly after being dried off

Last post of this nature I remember turned out to be the timing chain had slipped .

pull all the plugs & turn the engine over for a bit to blow out any raw fuel , dry the plugs or replace them
