The small arm isnt parallell with the motor when parked it faces upwards almost vertical..

Here are 3 of the pics I took as the focus and light on the camera made it impossible to film.

Is it possible for me to adjust the small arm so that it is parallel with the motor?

I only found numbers on motor and link between wipers

I think I see your problem, I believe that's a 2 speed crank arm.  I'll post some photos of the correct crank arm, you'll see how the bended angles far differ from your current crank arm and I'll post photos of the correct drive link for a 70 E body...from t he photos, though, it appears to be a 2 speed crank arm.  You'd have to take it off the motor to see the part number but I got a sneeky suspicion it's going to be stamped "@ SPEED"

Is that 3-speed arm the same for both Cuda and Challenger?

For 70-71, the link from the motor to the driver's side pivot was part #2822293 and crank arm part number 2822289, for 72-74 you would be looking for the link from the motor to the driver's side pivot with part number 3431102 (that's the one in my photos) and crank arm part number 3431518 on both Cuda and Challenger models.

The crank arm is the one I believe from your photos is a 2 SPEED crank arm.  If that crank arm is not correct, because the bends and angles are different as you can see from my photo of the 2822289 crank I posted vs a 2 speed crank arm which is almost straight, you won't get the proper travel from wiper motor to windshield and that will cause, binding in some cases, wierd park positions, etc.

The big rubber boot tells the tale. Only 2-speed setups have this. 3-speeds are "naked".

I've been having issues as well.  Sometimes the pages just load blank.  I guess the internet is taking labor day off too :)

You wouldn't happen to know where I can buy such a  3-speed arm?

I have the crank arms available, or you could possibly locate one on another 70-71 Cuda/Challenger that had a 3 speed wiper motor if it still has the crank arm attached to the linkage.

I'll check my inventory to make sure I have one that's plated.  Your 2 speed clip will work to attach it to the linkage so you won't need that.

If you click on my links under my posts you'll be taken to Passion4Mopars.  There's also a link to my knowledge base and there's a blog area on the site with alot of mopar information

Thanks Bart I'm trying.  I hate to see someone "sidelined" because of a simple kink in the chain so to speak.  See it happen alot with the combinsations people have when they obtain a car because they've been in so many hands along the way or because the information isn't readily available.
