Rally to non is not differet , 4 spd has the extra hole for the reverse light but the ashtray , I believe the A?C has provisions for the ducts but it may us the same frame & a different pad

4 speed light hole is the biggest difference.  The 74 dash might have a hole for a the seat belt light, but not 100% sure on that one.  As for non vs. rallye, Neil is right on.  No difference.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

You mean this light?

I've never been behind the dash to look at the skeleton but maybe knowing the location will help.

It wasn't mentioned, but a one speaker dash frame has the provisions for 3 speakers if you choose to go that way.
