That's awesome Doug!! Congrats my man
Would have loved to finally see your A body run down the track

Wish I made it over there for that event, but I figured I'd hold off since I'm heading there in a few weeks.
Taking my nephew and his bud again.
You going to be there on the 24th?

Doug,
Any news on you racing on this Saturday, or Sunday?

I'll be heading down there Friday, finding a cheap motel in the middle of nowhere as usual, checking out Albany again..... Love that place!!
Debating whether to stay Saturday night too. What's the show on Sunday like?
Maybe give me an excuse to stay another day

I'll stop by and see you on Saturday like I usually do anyways

Thanks guys
As of right now I have use of a trailer but I am working on getting a truck to haul it(should know tomorrow)
I also pulled the power steering out tonight and have a light manual box installed and need to change the column tomorrow and that should drop a ton of weight off the front of the Cuda.
Not sure if I will race on Saturday as I have been out of work since July and I will be selling parts in the swap meet,But you never know :burnout:.I am shooting for Sunday though as thats the Gear heads show and I think its more fun as My buddy can race his 65 GTO.Check back for updates jeff as things change.

Still raining here and I am less than an hour from the track,I loaded parts up in the Iroc R/T and if it looks decent in the morning?I will be in the swap meet area but only in the morning as I will pull out by noon as I will be heading home to load the Cuda for some racing on Sunday, steering column is in and I have truck for use :cooldancing:
If anyone is there?you shouldn't have any trouble finding me as I am pretty sure I will have the only white Iroc R/T so stop in and say hello

Doug, great to see you again
Yea, It sucked that it was canceled. Still stayed in New York from Friday night till Sunday night and made the best of it.

There were a total of about a dozen Mopars there Saturday morning and a few rows of the swap meet were already setup when they announced it was rescheduled for next week  :swear:
(scored 124 back issues of Mopar Muscle and some die cast from a cool guy in the swap meet area  )

The worst part was Saturday there ended up being a nice day and didn't rain once.
There was a little mist in the morning and that was all it took  :walkaway:

Stayed for Musclepalooza on Sunday. Was great to at least watch some drags...........even though there weren't too many Mopars, there were some very nice cars racing.

Looks like I've got to ask for some more time off to drive up to New York again this weekend.

 Doug, you still going? racing?
Jeff?
Anyone else?

It's always good to see you Jeff, your buddies looked like they went into shock when I popped the hood on the Cuda(priceless)
That damn right side carb bummed that first round race on me.
I will be there Saturday selling in the swap meet only as I am getting things ready to yank the crossram and install the single carb for a while.
