I have a set from my 1970 Super Bee I plan to sell. According to TTI, B and E are same. Mine are ceramic coated and nice. If you still need a set, let me know and I can double check original receipts to give you exact specs.

I'm in Southern California so not sure if too far from you. I'm out of town until 10/24/2011 but I'll reply back after then.

The dark marks on the headers are not rust. It is burned oil which I would imagine can be cleaned off. There are some scrapes and scratches from being up in the shed. These headers fit way better than other brands I have tried. They do not hang down and there is no road rash on the bottoms. The flanges are super thick and do not leak. I have the collectors but they are for 3" tubes. If you look close at the pics, there are a few areas near the flanges which look like dents but it was made that way for bolt clearances. I have had these on the car for 4-5 years but they only have around 500 miles of use. TTI makes several varieties. These are 1 7/8 tubes. The model is 383-178 but if you look at TTI's website, you'll see they are for 383 and 440 and fit all E bodies. I went back to stock on my Bee and wasn't sure if I use these down the road. Happy to see them go to soemone who will use them.

They sell new for more than 800 plus tax so does 400 sound fair?

I think that is an indentation for bolt clearance as he said. I'm pretty sure it is supposed to be there.

I stated earlier the indentation was for bolt head clearance. It turns out that it is actually for spark plug clearance. Here are some detailed pics...

Shipping will probably make them more trouble than it's worth. I am thinking of getting a swap meet spot at the next Spring Fling in Southern Cal. I have enough big stuff like this (Sheet metal, aluminum heads, etc.) to make it worth the effort. In the mean time, I will start cleaning everything up so it shows well. Really anxious to begin the Challenger project so getting rid of stuff I no longer need will raise serious cash for the Challenger. I'll post a long list of everything I plan to sell in here first to give you guys first crack. I'm going to try to let stuff go at very fair prices just to help others out.

Heads are the MP (stage 5 I think). They are similar in size and style to the factory cast iron heads. Relatively little use in them. All set up professionally with light weight retainers. I think they were milled about .020 or .025 to get the compression to around 10 to 1. The springs were matched for a Comp cam solid lifter cam. I was thinking of trying to sell them as a package since the springs are already set correctly.
