Isn't there different center cap color options?  :???: Nothing major, I agree with CP that they are phyiscally all the same.

 :banghead:
I sold one a few months ago on eGouge and didn't know it was called a rim blow, listed it as a Challenger steering wheel. Got $80.00 for it. After selling it I saw another one in worse condition than mine listed as a rim blow steering wheel and it went for over 300.00 (just the steering wheel!). Mine had all the goodies, horn button and the collar that goes between the wheel and the column, complete setup. Live and learn.  :gripe:

It just depends on who's bidding on it,as everyone knows,I've seen several go for 50-100 bucks.Whoever paid 1k has more money than sense. You can have 2 auctions for 2 identical steering wheels, get a couple of deep pocket wannabees and drive the price up out of site, the next week one sells for 50 bucks,no rhyme or reason

No - that pic is not.. if you got 80 bucks for that one.. then consider yourself lucky

But if you DID sell a rimblow w/ all the goodies for 80 smackers.. you may not want to click on this..   :coffee:

Here's a link to a pic. I sold my rimblow for $400.. spokes were perfect, but wood needed restoration..i included a button. If I had the auction go off during the weekend, I bet I would've got $500. However, I did get a near NOS 71 cuda valance for 150.00 buy it now.. auction just came on when i looked.. dumb luck

What's the deal with rimblows anyway? Are they really rare, or what? They go for HUGE bucks.

They were an optional wheel back in the day and are fairly rare...i found my rimblow on an abandonded 72 dart in a train station parking lot. I swapped the "fish" cap center for a standard center, a guy had the "fish" center in a challenger at a local show and needed the standard center. So basicly the core was free, and $600 later I have this restored wheel in my hemicuda. I love the way the Cuda fishcap wheels look, best looking steering wheel ever IMHO....tuff wheel finishes a close 2nd.
