I love the look and style of the Rim blow wheel however it's a shame it's still the same size as the padded wheel, these things are like driving a bus.  :ack: Skinny hand rails to hold on to don't give the driver the control. I prefer the Tuff wheel, smaller diameter with a chunkier grip adn it looks great to top it off.  :grinyes: 8) :burnout:

Yes, there is a difference in rimblow wheels. Most people don't even know it. The a-body wheel has a different "dish" to it than an e-body. This was pointed out to me a couple of years ago when I had one(a-body) for sale. I'm not sure which offset is correct for an e-body but my brother has an original one off of a Challenger R/T that is correct for e-bodies. The difference is hardly noticeable unless you were to put both wheels next to each other. It's probably only about 1/2" difference. Most guys will say that they're the same, but they're not. They even have different part numbers. I'll have to check with my brother for the correct dimension and part number. Jim

Most definitely! I talked to my bro. He said the part numbers are exactly the same, but the wheels are different. I will need a couple days to get the pics. Jim

I have 5 spares and they are all the same! The only difference in any of them is the center caps and the column adapter. 4020 FTX is the part # for 70-71 rimblows.
Challenger has it's own center cap for 70 as well as Cuda(fish cap)71 both have the same caps, looks like 70 cuda but without the fish. If you doubt me just check your parts books.

Hope this helps :)

The spokes are all good, other wise they have 1 to 3 cracks, no rust.

I'm seeing what the dollar does, our dollar is strong to teh USD right now. If the USD comes up in value, it will be time to sell then.

OK. You guys be the judges. The e-body wheel is off of a 1 owner 70 R/T Challenger 383 4 speed. The heighth difference wasn't as much as I remembered, but it was definitely there. It was roughly about 1/4". Notice that the e-body wheel spokes have sharper bends than the 71 a-body wheel. The part numbers are exactly the same. What do your rimblow wheel spokes compare to? Thanks for your inputs. Jim
