It's funny I should stumble across this thread. I made a deal with Borla Exhaust last November about prototyping an exhust system for my car. While I was there, the floor manager and a few fabricators (all in their late 20's and early 30's) were standing around discussing how they will run the piping, and when they got to the tips the manager said, "I'm thinking quad tips." Everyone started talking about how awesome that'd look (mind you; I'm standing right there for all of this, remaining silent). He runs off and grabs a sample tip, and wouldn't ya know it: it looks just like a Challenger tip! At that point I stepped in and said "Nah. Don't use that one." They all just looked at me and asked what was wrong with it? Didn't I think it looked cool? I told them it'd look great if it was a Challenger, but I have a Cuda, so please use tips more similar to the one's I already had. They asked what difference it made if it was off a Challenger or a Cuda. I just explained to them that I didn't want to blend Cuda and Challenger in my car. Even over something as small as exhaust tips, I'd like to keep the cars separate.
