Can anyone recomend a good/trustworthy machine shop in the Colorado Springs area? I'm willing to travel to surrounding cities within reason. I have a 440 block I want to get work done on. Thanks,  Matt

Napa Machine shop.  Trustworty   719-632-4010

Burt's auto supply    Good            719-633-8146

Gedde's   Expensive very trustworthy     719-598-1535

Don't take my word for it but these are a few I have used over the years that have all done good jobs for me.

All of my work with shops has been on a component level, never a complete build.

I have usde Burts pretty routinely for about 20 years and have never had any issues. I have seen Hemis in there on occasion.

I've known several people who have used Geddes. They may not be the most knowledgeable mopar wise, but they aren't totally ignorant either.

McCabe's has built several mopar oval track and drag set ups. Like Geddes they don't know all the mopar tricks, but they can produce good solid results.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm looking to get my motor project started ie; tested inspected, hot tanked, bored/honed, cam bearings etc.  I'll check them out thanks again    :2thumbs:
