Judy is right, and I should have given you more info. It's best that we o most of the tweaking. At the very least, if you make changes, make sure you keep a copy of the original.

Tweaking the photos for the calendar is what I expected!  As stated, color, brightness, and croping are need on almost every photograph taken.

Keep up the good work guys, and gals!  This years calendar is looking to be the best one yet.  :2thumbs:

A really great photography book is John Shaw's "The nature photographer's completed guide to professional field techniques".

I recommend for thos ewho are interested any basic photography book by John Hedgecoe. He breaks things down into simple topics, and then illustrates results with and without using the tool or technique he's discussing, so you can immediately see the effect.

All excellent pics but as with last year there is always one pic that just jumps out at you like wow!!!!
Last year it was the yellow challenger in the snow to me.
This year it's this one.

I was intending to submit mine for this years vote but missed out due to heavy workload and being a bit scarce on the forum lately.
Oh well...always next year!!!

We definitely want as many submissions as possible. When you say you missed, do you mean missed the chance to get some shots? If so, take a camera with you everywhere you go.
