    When Burpin was a kid, there was a muscle car that had a dixie horn. Burpin was thinking of getting a horn with different noises (keeping original horn too) for the kids..... has this come back around or is it still considered gay.

    I don't think it's gay, thats because I have a brand new Dixie horn in storage. I won't put it in the Challenger because IMO it will cheapen the car, it ain't no General Lee so why bother. Although I have heard rumors that the Dixie Horn is te MoPar mating call.  :laughing: ;D

    There are quite a few different songs availble with the air horn I will probably look around but I think I'll stick to the lighter but deeper soun ding horn, weighs less two. Dixie horn set up isn't light. Has 6 or 7 trumpets and the compressor weighs about 2kg.

    I won't have my stock one though to sqeaky LOL!!  ;)

    When I picked up my Chally the first mods were removal of elctric blue wire harness covers and ditched air horns.

    All "light in the loafers" references aside, I'd stick with the stock horn.  If you had a Gen. Lee clone I'd think about it.

     Im planning on running a toggel with with 3 settings   (or 3 switches) 1 stock horn, 1 dixie, 1 RR turn them all on if some a hole is in front of you.

    my buddy has had a dixie on his dart since 98 or 99, sweet    dadabeepbeeephhhhonnnnnnnnnnnnnnk it would sound like that. move over chevy mopar coming through sound. (aka) mopar mating .    :thumbs:

    Yip, I like it I've being doing a search and found it on several web sites none of which give you the song play list.  :banghead:

    I guess it would have all the classics. I quite like the Calvalry Charge.  :guitar: :thumbs:

    The Animal house horn house lots of cool noises and it even turns into a mic to let the nice ladies know you've noticed them. LOL!!  :laughing:

    "Heyyyyyyyy Good looking"  :cool: I'm just not sure about that "speaker" looks a little small.
