    I can't see a code for body side moldings on the fender tag. So I can't really believe the body side moldings are original...  :clueless:

    believe what you want, I can post pics if the interior trunk, where the molding is attached, not way to simulate the way mother mopar did it, as a side note, there is no m93 code on the tag either.... I believe what you are looking for is part of the A46 PACKAGE....

    Hey folks, I have seen this car up close and personal several times lately and it is the real deal.  As he says, it isn't a show car, but it is awesome nonetheless. I looked at the body side molding attachment points earlier today and they look exactly as Ma Mopar did it back in the day. This car looks awesome with tons of eye appeal and it sounds healthy to boot. Zero smoke from the exhaust, zero engine/trans/drivetrain noise, and it starts at the hit of the ignition. A/c works as well as all of the other options.  I usually don't step into these "for sale" threads, but I will stand up for this one - it is one sweet Chally.......     :grinyes:    :cheers:

    What moldings we are talking about?
    The body side moldings (with protective vinyl inserts) are coded with V5X, the body belt moldings M31 are on the doors, fenders and hood...
    ...and you can have only one of these stripe codes (V5X or V6W)

    You say the car isn't a show car, what issues are there that separate it?  If this had the white interior I'd jump on it.

    I agree with the white interior comment. It just looks so clean with plumb-crazy.

    The interior color can be changed, but you would need to dye the existing interior panels(if they are in good shape), or by re-pops. Finding original white panels in good shape is impossible. The white panels took the most abuse from the sun.

    Just a question....Hard to tell in the pics, but shouldn't a 71 have an orange colored engine? It appears to be  blue--at least the valve covers and intake...

    Finally looked it up for myself.....71 cars built after March/april 71 engines are blue..early ones are still orange.
