Air cleaner callouts
« on: October 15, 2011 - 11:36:03 PM »
I want to get a custom sticker made for my six-pack air cleaner lid.

The car is a 70 Cuda, that is going to have a 440 with a F&B EFI six pack.

Here is what I am thinking.  The sticker will be black and white checkered.

440-6 EFI,

or 440-6 with Fuel Injection undernieth it

Any other ideas?

I like the 440-6 EFI idea....sounds sick to me!  :2cents:

:iagree:  adding the word Fuel Injection under it might be too " busy" ? letters might have to be too small and out of proportion maybe?
Here is what I had made for mine if it gives you any idea's?  When you get them made , get 6 or so exrta's that's what I did. Sold a few and have some for "touch ups" down the road. :2thumbs:

It should be pretty easy to mock one up and you could just print it on paper and see what it looks like.
What are the dimensions of the rectangle?

What are the dimensions of the rectangle?

each square ( black/white) is 1/2" square. so 12 1/2" long total.

I am leaning towards 440-6 EFI

Jamiez-
Nice designs.  On the second one, to balance out the long "Fuel Injection," can you add "PAK" after the "440-6" on the top line?

Just a thought
Ron

Yeah that's not a problem.  I just centered them up by eye, they were really just mock ups I figured he could print them and tape them to the cleaner to get a feel for it.
I think the one's Brad showed actually have a white outline around the red box. I didn't bother to emulate that.
