The last time I bought a Fram filter was back in like 1988.  I paid $25 bucks.  I thought that was crazy to spend that on a throw-away air filter.  I just got my car back together and bought a K&N filter for close to $70.  Wow have times changed.  At least the K&N is reuseable.

I have a supplier that will and is in the Process of finishing these up,Hopefully within the next 30 days i may see them

OEM look box
stainless steel band with correct holes and spacing
correct color and rubber seal,

stay tuned. 
tentative retail is 110.00 like they were, i have about 100 coming in,

That is a great deal.  Wish I'd found this site (and MoparDave) before most of the work was done & parts sourced on my Challenger.  Would have helped me avoid some issues and saved me some $$$.
