Challenger front spoiler race style?
« on: October 17, 2011 - 04:15:32 PM »
Is there a front spoiler made to fit the 70 to 74 challenger? Something flat and wide like a race car? Would be good to balance out the looks of a go wing.

You can get front spoilers (Dale's Cuda Shop is selling them on ebay)
Mine came on the car, you can see them here (although I don't have a very good image of it)

I think someone makes a larger set, or maybe just the T/A AAR ones were larger.

There was someone making an AAR style for the Challengers.  Do a search or I'm sure someone else will chime in.

A bigger 1-piece spoiler is a nice look.

I think there was a member here that made some nice ones, either fiberglass or plastic and also in aluminum...

I have a one piece, all-the-way-across fiberglass spoiler. Can't remember who made it, but at least as of 5 or so years ago he was still in business. I'll see if I can find a pic if you want to see one.

The one above is what I have, except with one duct on either side.

Actually looks like those side parts belong on there, nice job, wonder how well it would look painted.

Thanks , I used some cardboard just to see what it looked like, but it seemed to big for the street,so I used a new chally spoiler

,took a little work but I used a heat gun and alot of patience :2thumbs:
