1970 Barracuda quarter panel scoops...option m46

I am trying to find out what a pair of these scoops might be worth. I heard that a set sold on Ebay for $3000 although I didn't see it take place.

NEVER seen any go for that! I watch ebag ALL THE TIME! I have not seen a decetn set on there in a while & the last set I seen was like this past spring, that needed to be restored & those got around $800.00.

I too have not seen these go for anywhere near $3,000.........
It may depend on originality or reproduction part.
But they look like they are M46 scoops for Barracuda, that is for sure.

A couple years ago at the Nat's I saw a pair that also needed to be restored. The guy had a $1,000.00 price tag on them.

I have a little catching up to do in regard to responses.

First, these are indeed the real thing.

Second, I will post additional photos today....I've got to get a few.

I posted on the 'parts wanted' hoping there might be some interest but after thinking about it I agree, I should have posted on 'parts for sale'.

These have been restored but they aren't new by any stretch. They are solid and should hold up well. There was rust on the back which was arrested but you can still tell it was there.

I've got a lot of Barracuda/Cuda parts after a total restoration of a Gran Barracuda into a Hemi Cuda.

I have purchased a decent set for 500.
Also have purchased one for I think around 600.

Most seem to have a price tag of 1000.
Seems not many sell for 1K though.

Takes someone desperate to find a set to buy them for 1K.
