So...... this is what I found out today from Keisler. It took a good part of the day to get them to call me back, but they did. Bill was a great help. Everything is there, but we found out that I have a 8 bolt hole crank like a hemi, instead of the 6 bolt hole crank like the other big blocks. This means they have to get a different flywheel. It sounds like they don't use the chrysler flex plate, but instead use the chev flywheel. No starter teeth on the converter. A chrysler mini starter will still work. I got a bit confused with the torque converter. I am getting a 2000 to 2400 stall at 300-500 ft.lbs., with total rating at 650 ft.lbs. It sounds like the computer should be able to tune the trans and converter for shift points and lock-up. I guess I can even shut off the lock up. I am not savvy about transmissions, so does this info sound right? I just listed my engine specs and ratings in the big block section. Let me know if I am getting the right stall range on my converter. I will find out monday when the flywheel will be in, and estimated delivery. Looks like things are finally moving along.
