« on: October 23, 2011 - 09:17:13 PM »
I'm trying to put as much back on my car as I can so I can get it to Texas. Looking at the motor mounts im not sure how they go on. Can anyone post a pic? Thanks.

small block, big block??

If small block, someone gave me a great peice of advice, "when installing the motor mount plates on passenger car V8 engines, you want to mount the plates like where'd you put a women's legs....behind the ears!"

Small block. Thats a pretty good saying. Thats how I wound up putting them on. They were confusing at first but once I messed with them some it made more sense, except for a gap on the driver side. But its only gonna be in there til I get set up in Texas.
