I don't completely disagree with you, actually reminds me of back in the '80s when #3 seemed to spin out or wreck whoever was in the lead or particular drivers. My good friend was a fan, I didn't like it, but after 3 or 4 Championships I had to admit Earnhardt was the Man.  Little Bush while obviously a most talented driver is just out of control & needs to get focused on what's important, not just wreck anyone for being on his track.
Oh my post is open for dis'assembly'.  :22yikes: I actually have not paid much attention to nascar for years.  But as I recall, Kurt was the turd and Kyle was the "normal" person.
These are just my interptitations from sitting in front of the tube.  Can't get much person stuff at the races.  So, take my opinion as a grain of salt here...

So far not one person has given me any flak while I'm working in the field about our team racer, Kyle Busch.

I don't support this type of act in NASCAR or in any type of Sport.

Another sport that has alot of dirty plays to an opponent is Hockey.
They're cracking down hard on that in NHL now.
I don't buy Interstate Batterys because of KB nor do I not.. I buy them because the local business that sells them is honest, knows what their doing & the product seems good.

Don't follow Hockey but their taking the malicious hits out of all levels of football, problem is they can't discern intent from just what naturally happens, they seem to think a defender can plan where his helmet is going to end up,  giving undeserved penaltys IMO...Kinda ruins the game.

I like to see some controversy between rivals, spices things up but if you saw the deal with KB & Ron Hornaday you know it was uncalled for and over the top. There's plenty of times a driver may have cause to retaliate KB seems to be looking for them. I predict some day, if he calms down considerably,  he will be a fan favorite much like  Waltrip & Earnhardt...They were on shaky ground in their early days as well.

And All I ever hear in the shop is "Hey! You watch racin'?"
Reply: "Sure.....just not the kind where they run around in circles looking for the finish line. I drive straight towards it"..

At least in Drag racing, there seems to a damn code to where if the other driver's sh*t ain't as fast as yours, he doesn't get to come across the lane and "Put you in the wall".

I remember 'ol #3 talking in a Tv interview one time saying something to the effect of "Interviewer: "Is it true what they say? that you put people in the wall on purpose?"
#3 reply: "I tell you what, you put your number on a car out there in front of me, and I'll make sure your in the wall"...

Um yeah, I can just see 'ol "Fireball" Roberts doing this..Or even David Pearson...

The really sad part of this is that most "Good 'ol Boys" tend to think this was the way to act. "Rubbin' IS Racin'"...I call BS...
"Rubbin' " Was invented so the damn fans of this boring ass sport wouldn't fall alsleep and spend their money as most only go for the crashes. Now, it seems they go to see someone get their ass beat down. Reallity Racing???

The "revered" #3 put more guys into the wall than cleanly pass them, that is not racing it is wrecking the other guy to win-how is that OK?Local drag racers will actually help work on the car of the guy they are facing the next round and then congradulate him if he wins-that is what racing is all about IMO.I`m pretty competitive but if I don`t win fairly it`s pointless.

Um, No, I don't "Prefer" either one, but thanks for asking...I hate watching sports, Especially the ones where this type of Racing is not only condoned, but actually thought to be "correct". Too busy building my rides.

Complete oposite,I can`t stand either as they are boring as hell to watch.I Love football and in fact just went to a local enduro race at the roundy round track where there was nothing but beating and banging.I have no problem with some contact in racing but when it`s intentioannly wrecking the other guy it`s BS!

If the fenders on a Nascar car were tucked in a bit so the tires stuck out a bit, the 'rubbin' would stop. Whenever you 'rubbed' you would lose a tire or wreck.

Which I was thinking, would make drivers race with more respect for the results of contact. ie like open wheel cars, indy, F1, GP2. It still happens, but they try not to hit each other.
