Real nice, Jeff!  Color is pretty cool too!

My neck of MA I used to see a convertible '70 Coronet R/T, Hemi orange, driving home to pick up the kids.  Great looking cars!

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

The front of the 70 is by far my favorite, I also like that hood scoop combination over the other option :)  That's just the kind of car I'd buy if I had room :)

Congratulations, Jeff!!!  :woo:

So you got stung by a Bee! The car looks awesome. I always thought that was the best looking hood for that car, too.

That is freakin awsome(now you got a car to run at an event next year, maybe Musclepalooza?)
I know that 70 Bees are a love or hate kinda of a car to many, but its one of my favorites as I got married and had a 70 440/6 4spd to use that day.

I love the front end look . My uncle had one when i was 10 yrs old, and i distinctly remember the front. Love the car, wish i had one.

I wouldn't doubt they used the 70 Coronet as a cop car.

What version of Vanishing Point are you talking about? The original, or the 1997 remake? It's been a while, but I can only remember seeing late 60's Coronets in the original. It's even been longer since I saw the 1997 version, so I can't even comment.

Maybe I should dig these out of my collection and watch them this weekend. I'll get back to you then.

Was probably a coronet 440 but it had hood scoops.
