help what starter for 340TA with 883 4spd?

im having a hell of a time trying to find a new starter locally and im trying to avoid the week of shipping from ordering online.

but all the std parts stores do not list an option for a 70 340 6pack or even a option for a manual trans either.

all the starters i find have the half nose cone that an auto trans would need.

i need to find a mini-starter for a 4spd man.

(motor and trans are not orig. to the car) so is there something else i can look up (different vehicle) that will accept the starter i need?

been told that v-6 1992 1/2 ton pick up rebuilt from auto zone will work,,I am sure someone will chime in a say for sure but thats what alot of people on here say they use,,just havent tried myself as I bought one from summit
