    I am restoring a 1968 cuda' fast back for a friend this is  first mopar project and i think i am falling in love.
    This car has been sitting for the last 10 years untill i got my hands on it, its a slant 6 automatic runs like a champ..... but looks like someone beat the ever living hell out of it an just let it sit out in the weather..
    i started resteration on it around 3 weeks ago and see really good progress already almost all done in primer to keep it from rusting I am doing rocker work to it now and am pleased with the little amount of rust issues this car has. Both rockers are gone and need replacement but thats the only body panels that are rotted through it has new 1/4's and strong floors an trunk pan. I will post up some pictures to show my progress let me know what you think and if you have any pointers for me.  thanks

    Thanks... once i am done with all outside body work and paint i want to start on interior and then a motor swap.. i have big plans for this car Time is money though...any pointers from anyone would help :ylsuper:

    Its a NC car so it isnt too bad, im waiting on a bolt kit to arrive in the mail an the progress will continue :working:

    Welcome! A friend had a gold Formula S 340 68 Cuda and it was a great car! Wishing you the enjoyment of yours once you get it going.  :thumbsup:

    it runs an drives nw just really sluggish with the 1 barrel carb and everything.
    But as previously stated after body an interior work i am gonna drop a 360 with a short 727 trans in it  :burnout:

    I am in west Michigan tearing down a 67' fastback. Same lines and body. I love this car! My dad had a 440 in it in the 80's and set it up for the drag strip. I am going to build a 383, update the suspension with a four link, tubular A arms, taller wheels, lower profile tires, and eventually get it on the road track.
