A man and his wife rush his mother in law to the hospital after she had a heart attack .
After several hours the doctor comes out and says I have good news and I have bad news .
The bad news is your mother in law will have to move in with you , you will have to feed her , bath her , clean her , wipe her and everything else .
The husband was crying and says that's horrible what's the good news ?
