a few shots from last week now heatable space tear down starts tomorrow. fenders, doors ,hood, trunk, valances
all off and ready to media blast ;D ;D

Why are the only other cars on the road all in my rear view mirror?  Oh yeah cause I got a 440/6 pack

right now it's #s matching 318/904-------- at the spring show it will be 440-6 ,727,8 3/4, back to original FJ5
I have a go wing and chin spoilers for front, new doors, new trunk lid, pan and extensions. I might not use a six as this
will be the family cruiser, I have the hard top for scaring people

Great pics HemiHunter!  The rust issues don't look so bad from here.  Hopefully they won't turn out to be much worse after being blasted.  Keep the pics coming...it's encouragement for all of us!

If you get that done for the spring show, I am going to be seriously jealous.  :grinyes:
It does look like it will be a good project and lets hope there are no huge surprises after getting it blasted.

Oh, yeah!  :thumbs: the joy of starting a fresh project!   Looks like you have a head start on alot of  typical projects.  Nice looking!  You'll have that all stripped down by next week Im sure!

:laughup:     If I don't get it done for carlisle I'll be seriously pissed. I gave my buddy 2grand and a #2
condition 1979 Alfa Romeo Milano,  cause what am I gonna do with that. I'm paying for misc. as needed.

Car will be painted right after my buddy's team gets back from winning the 24 Hours at Daytona again.

nice, love the yellow.  to bad about the rust but in spring it will be a very cool car.

went nuts with the air tools today, by tomorrow night doors, fenders, hood,grill,bumpers and trunk will all be off
and on to the media blast area of barn. God bless 6 mill plastic walls :)   then out with the in  terior

 :dontknow:  Now don't get it done tooooooooo quick, because then you won't be able to drive her because of the weather,lol and that would pyo..., right? Looks like a real solid car, the rust certainly looks minimal. Anyway keep us updated with progress pics moparbud.  :tongue: :grinyes:
