I ordered something Saturday, it's Tuesday with no response and they don't answer the phone. Anyone know?

All I have ever read about Jim's over the last several years is they are the absolute worst to deal with. Your best bet is to just cancel the charge now. :2cents:

Never ever ever ever order anything from Jims.  There are multiple threads on Moparts with horror stories from them.  Rude and condescending remarks from the lady on the phone...prices increasing from quotes given...high shipping costs.  There are many other companies that have those parts that accually care about their customers.  :2cents:

They are still around. I just got a E-mail from them the other day advertising a sale.

I put it in my trashbin.

For me it was my first order. $20 plastic part with $27 shipping charge. When i phoned to let them know my thoughts, they said Canadians always complain and don't order from them any more. So I haven't.

Well they never answered the phone but the day after I posted this thread I got a tracking order emailed to me. The part arrived yesterday (Wednesday). I have to say the only things I would complain about are the seal costing $39.95 which looked very different from their photo and seems a big rip-off for that kind of money. The second thing is shipping cost $17 which isn't as bad as paying more than the part cost but still seems excessive.

I have learned my lesson, thanks everyone.
