    Looks like your tag was almost as wide as the regular fender tag.
    I have not seen a two tag car that was screwed in the middle of the tag though.


    The first tag of your post...  resembles this tag that I found...  Note the odd letters and the small 7's.... :clueless:

    That tag you found doesn't appear to have a hole to mount it where the holes are on your inner fender.

    Doesn't look to have the rust I would expect like what is on your inner fender.

    Does it line up with the rust marks on your inner fender?

    UPDATE:

    Car has finally been blasted and glass removed.  Glass was salvaged but there was hidden chips and breakage in windshield under the trim.   BOOO! :-\

    Blasting revealed more damage in the frame rail which I expected but was hoping for the best.  Only need the repair sections offered by yearone so not as costly as I thought.   :D

    Most of the damage in the rear window well will be taken care of with the new quarters and rear deck filler.  It also was apparent of a right rear quarter damage early in the cars life.  But probably not a colision.
    Unfortunately the whole rear end sheet metal needs replaced...  ALL of that has been purchased and she can start to go back together.

    When the rear end is sturdy again she will be on the rotisserie!

    And yes HEMI I am going back to the factory specs as far as I can trace them.  I have lead on the fender tag still and I have fallen in love with gk6 and white stripes and the tan/chestnut interio.

    Yes I have some crappy iPhone pic at the above flickr account.  The cheap disposables I had been using did not register a single photo.  So I do not have many of the tear down..   I will attempt to post more here tonight. :puke:
