Wow, nice job.....was it difficult welding underneath where the 1/4 panel meets the middle section below the glass? John.

I used Epoxy on the Quarters. I bought the 45 minute cure. It gave me time to "Adjust" as I was setting.  I Welded the roof to the quarter after if gassed off 2 days later.

It was suggested to me to weld the corners after the epoxy set.

I fitted the rear lower valence and all seems good.

As always there is a little "Adjusting" to do.

I am happy with my results so far.

The brackets under the rear quarter glss were a pain to weld. I pre-drilled a few holes to Button weld. I will upload pics in a day or 2.

Nice metal working! She is gonna a sexy machine for sure. I'm hoping to get the equipment together to do the fab work on our next project.

I'm enjoying following this thread, and learning a lot from your pictures!

Inside view of the Quarter to cab joint.  I glued the quarter on then welded the cab to the quarter (Previous pics). I found it was easier to weld the cab to the quarter than to glue as the cab  wanted to push out.

Hanging a quarter panel, aligning it, making sure everything is just right before the adhesive cures makes me wonder what the procedure is.

You've got 45 minutes to work with before the adhesive sets up.
Can you tell us more on how you do this within that time frame?
