"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle. FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

So I am still alive.
I have had a busy summer. (Not so much on the cuda). I got going again last week as the garage is my escape all winter.
Filled the quarter to cab seams. Gave the cab a coat of primer. Now working on the hood. Lots of little dings on the hood. Also the hood was dropped on the back corners. So this piece has been a lot of work. Will put up pics Tommorow.

Started repairing broken slats in the grill. Made a "jig" to lay the plastic weld into. Placed the material. Let it cure overnight. Then filed, and sanded it to size. Have a few spots to fill a little bit.
One done four more to go.

I have the diagonal slats built. Just need to fill a few imperfections and then prime.

Spent the day wet sanding the car.
I am going to wipe it dry then spray a high solid primer on it.
Then start all over again with the sanding. I see a lot of straight but there a few small areas to straighten out.

Great job so far on the grille. It's amazing how fragile those things are.

Just sitting back today looking at what I have done in a little over a year. Would be suprising to see what I could have done if I were serious.. I spent no time on it all warm summer months.
Love to see everyone elses work, Motivational content.

What you have done looks really great! I worked on mine in spurts too would sit for weeks , then 1 or 2 full days working would get tons of stuff done then take me weeks to get motivated again.

I have been watching your progress from the start, awesome work! Are you a body man by trade? Almost time to take those hideous rear wheels off that nice car...John.
