I need help finding a Cuda part please

This is in my engine bay.  It looks like a rubber flap of some kind that is stapled to the engine side of the wheel well.  Is there a pre-made part for this or can I get some raw stock and cut this myself?  If so, anyone have a picture of a correct one or some measurements?  Any links would really help me out.

There are one on each side, right and left. Covers the entire opening behind the wheel.
