are these belts close to stock?seems like a great price...my car at the moment only has a lap belt,it use to be a dedicated drag car,thats the reason for not knowing exactly what they suppose to look like

No...

Your 73 will have a fixed shoulder strap.(no retractor)  The retractors on the front mount to the rockers and are for the lap belt only.  The shoulder strap has a hole in it that clips into a pin on the lap belt.  The inner belt buckles should be covered in a textured plastic cover.
