These Gran coupes got a lotta trim too!! Doing the thinner pieces like the grill chrome and trim rings for the headlights is probably simpler than the bigger parts.

Darn if i would have known a little sooner I coulda got you a Toyota Landcruiser for free, although it had a corvette 327 motor a 3 speed transmission. It had cuda bucket seats silver with plumb crazy piping. My Dad needed to get it out of my Uncle Jims garage and he just gave it to my uncle Brian who says he is gonna fix it up.

Hey Cody ..... what a great set of videos.   I recently did my own stainless also.   There were a few steps that I may have bypassed, but in the end it is worth it.   I ended up hand polishing many of the pieces ..... what a ton of work.   I will employ the buffing wheel thanks to your detailed instruction.   Let us know know when you move on to another topic.  You're a natural ....

Cody, thanks for sharing your methods with us.  You did an excellent job with the explanations and visuals.  About the only thing I can add is to suggest increasing the width of the buffing wheels by stacking them.  I know they are expensive but the extra width of one or two additional wheels makes it a lot easier to keep the piece where you want it.  I also wet the compound sticks so I can get more of it on when loading the wheels.  PK
