New Aluminum Holley VS Traditional Holley

Ok everyone has convinced me to go with the Holley 650 DP.
My question now is should I go with the polished aluminum or traditional steel version? Do you guys have any thoughts? Besides the price being a little extra? Is there any performance differences besides the weight? I don't know like heat or warpage, etc? I think the finish would last longer on the aluminum?
Again anything you can give me is appreciated. Thanks

Or how about the Holley Street Avenger? What do you guys think of these?

Thanks

I understand that the price is different but is there a difference in quality? Will it be as reliable as the old steel one. I think the finish will last longer. But could there be warping problems, etc? I'm looking for things like that not the price difference. Thanks

Carbs have always been made from aluminum , the older ones were zinc plated , the newer ones are a polished finish . Personally I would look at the Proform carbs over the Holleys
