    TV Show: Muscle Car

    New TV show on the Velocity Channel called American Icon: Muscle Car.  This half hour show that airs on Tuesdays  is hosted by Chip Foose and goes through the history of the American Muscle Car.  Last night the show was supposed to be about GM muscle (big blocks) much to my surprise, the show covered our beloved E-bodies.  A very high-level show – I didn’t learn anything.  But, it was nice to see the Cudas and Challengers.  Although originally airing on Tuesdays at 8PM Central, as usual, it is reaired quite often.

    I assume that it is.  Cox Cable channel 740 (in Oklahoma).  It used to be called HD Channel

    It's only on a few cable carriers, and only in HD.  I have it on FIOS, and watch that channel quite often.  I get a kick out of Chasing Classic Cars and Wheeler Dealers.

    Velocity is the new name for Discovery's former HD Theater which carries the Mecum auctions, What's My Car Worth? and some other automotive themed shows.  Guess the automotive themed shows must've been getting their best ratings, as they are now branding / slanting the whole channel towards the automotive theme...

    that channel is supposed to be airing a show called Graveyard Carz.  It is about oe mopar restorations.

    Saw it! Great show I thought. Love Velocity, all cars all the time. When I can't sleep there's usually a re-run of Inside West Coast
    Customs on in the wee hours. I think Ish is cool.... love when he refers to Ryan as Bart Simpson.

    Hi All-
    Don’t forget, tonight on Velocity Channel, the Chip Foose hosted car series “American Icon: Muscle Car” continues with:  “Late 60s beasts from Plymouth and Dodge”

    I bet that there was a mix up and this week we get the GM cars.  Last week’s title said something about Big Block GMs, but they aired our favorite cars E-Body Cudas and Challys

    Either way, I’m watching.
