-65 Barracuda from Norway
« on: January 07, 2012 - 05:59:15 AM »
Hi, there. Just wanned to brag of my ride, a 1965 Barracuda Formula S. She was born and raised in the US, imported to Norway 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the guy that imported it passed away while the car was in transit.

Now in memory of the old man, and as a courtesy to his relatives, who includes some very good friends of mine (and of course in my own best intrest) I'll keep her in as good a shape as I can. All though She was allready in a rather nice shape upon arrival. Except for no brakes. Difficult transmission. Rough engine. And a lot of other small details.

I've sorted out most of the technical issues, I'll also switch the single circuit brake system with a dual system from a -67 'Cuda before I'll show her for the DMV for a Norwegian title.

Enough talk, show me the money:

We need someone to start a  POLL for 60's Barracuda CC club members.
Maybe it will drum up more members.

Nice barracuda!

Even better on that ramcharger!
What engine does it have?
Looks like it's in great shape!

The Barracuda has the 273 Commando, and the RC the 318. The RC needs some lovin' allthough it looks the part from some distance... :)
