Stoplight Switch Question

Anyone know if the stoplight switch down on the brake pedal is normally open or normally closed on a Challenger? I believe power comes off the fuse panel, travels to the switch and then goes off to the dome lights.

2 wires to the switch. Constant power and open , untill you apply the brakes, then it closes to complete the circut. Your dome lights go through the switch panel, jams and instrument cluster. Also from dome light to the trunk
