All the box says in number 1 -8 and 20 amp?  What isn't working?  Dome light, wipers, map light, horn, lighter is what I have discovered so far.    I'm just going to replace them all but just wondered if there was one or more?

In the 74 that fuse is the lower left I believe, possibly the lower right.
It also powers the clock, parking lights and I think even the dash light bar and the trans/radio lights.  I popped that fuse twice while switching out my lighter just 2 weeks ago :)  I believe it runs all the cabin items that are hot even without the key.

The service manual should detail which fuses go where.

Just did a quick search and someone mentioned fuse #4 as covering those items...

Sometimes plugging accessories in the cig lighter will blow that fuse.

I'm surprised that windshield wipers are not on that list anywhere?  Do they not run on a fuse?   :clueless:

Double checked. No fuse for wipers.
Wipers seem to come off the acc feed from the ign sw. Fuse link in the engine compartment would be the protection.

with the wipers off you should have power to the blue wire at the wiper plug
