The first car I owned was a 1970 Cuda. If Dodge or Chrysler offered these cars again (Barracuda, Cuda or AAR) again, I would sell one of my kidneys to purchase one.

Anyone see thi Motor Trend article about the 2014 Barracuda?  They want it out to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Barracuda.  Some competition to the 50th anniversary of the Mustang.  They better come out with gloves on ready to fight.  They have some compitition...

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

From what I understand, the new Barracuda will be based on the Alfa Romeo 8C

It might look some thing like this...

Based on the earlier style barracuda I could see it happening. It is the old style argent tale panel that makes that look good.

Sweet!  I like it already!  Where did you find that pic?  Is it really going to look similar to that?  Any pics of the front?  :clueless:

That picture is a what if, type photoshop picture.  Watch the 8C video and then look at the 1975 barracuda concept pictures and I think you will see where they are going.

The black one above looks horrible, I know it's just a mock up, but the only thing barracuda about it is the taillights and back end! everything else doesn't fit at all, no sir!! It looks like half cuda, half tuner, bad, just too much going on.  And as for that alpha in the video, I'm pretty sure they would make a whole new platform for a cuda IF they made one, so it would probably be based on nothing that already exists
