    It would be my luck that the hot water heater would spring a leak while I'm away at work.   :bricks1:  I'd come home and find both of my priceless cars under water. :scared:

    did you see the cars parked down there, lightweights.

    now, if i can park my 70 newport down there, i'll be impressed.
