That's true, but also:

A two sided blade here...

Customer needs to ask if it's in stock ready to ship.
Seller needs to indicate L/T before selling or accepting payment.

When I ordered and paid for the wheel lip moldings for my 68 RR at carlisle 05. They said they would be at my house when I got back to North Dakota. A year and a half later they showed up. On the bright side I at least did get them.

You are one patient man Ken.   :grinyes:

I would have blown a head gasket after 6 weeks.

Stop screwing around with this guy. Send him a registered letter, that he'll have to sign for, telling your story and asking for a refund for the amount paid. Include the copy of the receipt and advise him that if you do not receive a suitable reply in 30 days to your supplied mailing address, that you will be forwarding a copy of the letter to the local sheriff and BBB, describing how you have been defrauded and asking for legal action therefore. If you know a lawyer, have him write a letter- he'll know how to phrase it- stating that you are beginning legal action to recover the amount you were defrauded for, PLUS unspecified damages. Worth a shot.  :2cents:
