I'm running 15x8 rallye wheels / standard 4.5" backspacing with 275/60/15 BFGs on the back of the Barracuda and they fit fine.  With the 1" ESPO you should be fine clearance-wise.  If you read through the stickied wheel/tire thread above you'll see this is a very popular wheel & tire for the back of E Bodies.

Is 4.3 back space enough for the 275 60's?

Should be ok. I assume you mean 4.25 or 4 1/4. I have 15x8s with both 275/60 slicks and the same in radials for regular driving. Both are 4.5 backspacing but a visual shows enough clearance with the fender to reduce the backspace. The slicks are the tightest with just enough room. I also have a set of 275/60 on 15x7s with 4 1/4 backspace and again no problem.
