FRUSTRATED! GRRRRRR!
« on: January 21, 2012 - 02:42:25 PM »
Went to install my new firm feel box and...it's the wrong one! I ordered a large sector shaft box, the reciept says larger sector shaft and I got a small sector shaft box!  :banghead: ( I already bought the fast ratio arms from them a couple years ago)
Now me being in Ontario,  Canada shipping all the way back to firm feel is gonna be nuts! ( I had it shipped to my inlaws in PA and they brought it up at Christmas.
I just sent Dick at firm feel ( that really his name I'm not being rude! :) ) an e-mail so I wonder what will happen next.

We all get our turn Brad. It's like playing Craps.
Order something and it's wrong or like I had before...a broken heater box.
Hope you get it sorted out with Dick soon. You were waiting a long time for it I recall.

:iagree:
I recently ordered Moog offset bushings for my car and when they came in, both boxes were missing a bushing.  :clueless: So I contacted their customer service and they prepaid to ship the shorted packages back and they sent new ones. When I got the new ones, they were short two bushings...again. Again they asked for me to return the shorted packages. I asked "Why not just send me two bushings?" So now there are apparently two bushings in transit. I first ordered the bushings November 27th!  :pullinghair:

Maybe they can just send you a small shaft pitman if that would work for you,for free of course.

I gotta just toss it aside for now. I have a few other "frustrating" things going on now, this is just icing on the cake.... :banghead:

Hey Brad! While that stinks, sometimes you just gotta' take a breather and step back.
A little "distance makes the heart grow fonder".
I know, easy for someone else to say, but when it all comes together it will all be worth it.

Plus, it's nothing but cold right now.  :eek4:

I feel your pain on getting what SHOULD be the right thing, being "over the border" is definately a real pain.

Hang in there

Wow sorry to hear that! Been there too sad to say. I watched my income go down to 10% of what I used to make. Started my own business and things are slowly..VERY SLOWLY getting better.
