I've never seen a team intentionally give up a touch down in order to save time on the clock. Ole Bilichick outsmarted himself on that one.

The Giants actually screwed up and scored a TD when they should have stopped at the 1 yd line and kicked a field goal with no time left.Giving up a TD was our only chance at that point but there was too little time.  :'(

http://www.buzzfeed.com/hgrant/teddy-the-porcupine-predicts-winners-of-this-years

:banghead:  :swear:  It was the porcupine's fault!!!!  (Althought he does make cute noises...  :icon16: )

I was rooting for the Patriots but the Giants played a better game.  Patriots weren't in their top form last night, IMO. ( I know, no excuses....  :walkaway: )

Well, the good news is the Patriots are an annual threat for the Super Bowl, not many other teams can say that.
If Welker or Branch make their catches in the 4th quarter, who knows.
Best part of the Super Bowl was Madonna almost falling off the stage, LMAO!
Best commercials (IMHO) were the dog racing add for sneakers and the Motley Crue/Kia ad. I'm a huge Crue fan.  :ylsuper:
Belichek letting them score would have been brilliant if the aforementioned receivers made their catches.
There's always next year.

The entire stadium was cheering for the G Men!  Great game, and well faught victory.  It takes 2 great teams to make a great match, and these 2 games will go down in NFL history.

Can't wait for next year!  They should threaten to fire Tom Coughlin every year!

Can't say I was routing for the Giants to win so much as for the Patriots to lose...
