Old guy, new on site
« on: January 31, 2012 - 04:40:32 PM »
Just signed on with the site, but been doing the Mopar thing since 74. I've dabbeled with A,B, and mostly E bodies. Went thru a stint of restoring early Funny Cars. I brought Bob Sullivans Pandemonium VII 68 Barracuda (red fiberglass car, not the white steel car) back to life and ran the car on and off for 5 years. I just reaquired my 70 R/T Challenger V code car. I'm still in love with it! Just been too much fun to stop! Ken

Hello - I'm new myself & 58 years young - LOL. Been playing around with these old Mopars since they were new & never regretted it. Building
a 69 Hemi Dart now, have a 70 Challenger SE - 64 Belvedere wagon & a 68 Sport Satellite convertible. A few Brand X cars we won't mention.
My dream is hauling the Hemi Dart pulled by the Belverdere wagon into Mopars at the Playboy Mansion.

One thing I've notice here on cuda-challenger - is these guys (gals) love pictures & bench racing. So feel free to strut your stuff. Nice meeting
you - Dan aka 1RT2NV

I purchased the above Challenger in 1976, sold it 12 years ago with the condition I'd get a call if it ever was up for sale again, the call came last May, I'm feeling pretty lucky. I'll post the funny car if I can get it to resize.
