Hehe - nothing I'm willing to share just yet. I'm experimenting with all-grain brewing for the first time - have done one batch so far and starting another this weekend. After that I'll be prepping my first trial batches of 2 different beers I'm torn between for this year's Carlisle show. I believe that - if things go well - you guys will be blown away by the improvement in quality.

Forget booking in August. Their prices are 150+ a night right after Carlisle ends until later in the year. The management likes to play games with their rates.

UPDATE:

I just called and booked my room (finally - dunno why I waited so long, except that I think I was tired of calling hotels...)

Anyways we have EIGHT ( rooms left under the block, just to let you guys know!!

Can't WAIT for Carlisle this year!!!
