Looks like a cool truck to have if you're a Shelby fan. 
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Why? Thousands of people see the plate on my truck (car in the summer) every week. What does a picture matter?  Not trying to be condescending, just wondering why.

maybe the owner dosent want the plate broadcasted all over the world .... most people do that exspecially someone elses vehicle .
