My deadline is approaching!!!!
« on: February 20, 2012 - 09:10:51 AM »
A few years back our local car club here in Rochester NY (Street Machines of Rochester) started an invitation only car show. The president of the club travels around the state looking for really nice cars or local cars with fresh restos that have never been seen before, once your car has been in the show that's it, they never put repeat cars in. Well a few months back the prez heard that my car ( In over my head challenger in resto sect ) was being finished and since the show struggles to get  many mopars he asked if it would be done and of course I was excited to get an invite and said SURE it will be ready. Well at that time it was my understanding the show was like previous years at the end of April, I was wrong, moved to March 23. I am now one month and two days away from move in day and feeling some serious pressure as the car is still not done (yes i know stop typing and get working but I needed a break). I am getting closer and will post more pics in the resto sect as soon as I figure out my wifes new camera. By the way this years show is featuring John Schnieder and a clone General Lee. Keep you posted, Thanks for listening. Chris.

Did I forget to mention that my wife was standing right next to the photographer, she was a good sport about it though.
