My neighbor was showing me some pics from his painting days and I saw this car and sure enough he painted this car ,

back in the 70s , he just left my house so I quizzed him as much as possible he is in his mid 60s now and the only thing he remembers is it belonged to a friend of a guy named John Stark, he does remember it took days to do the stripes ,they were done  by hand after the color ,and then gently sanded down and then clear coated ,the owner did the body  sculpting work in fiberglass, tons of work went in to these customs :banghead: :pullinghair:

I think that to the casual observer that car may not be everyones cup of tea, but when they realize the history behind it, being the Rapid Transit System Caravan Cuda, it sheds some light as to it's uniqueness.  :2cents:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

It's got fish lips.  :roflsmiley:  Other than the headlight surround, I like the 70's retro look.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

A little confusion . . This is the sonic cuda and not the cuda that was in the Rapid Transit Caravan.  Both were made by the same guy I believe . . . And very similar in design.

Ooop, my boo-boo.  I thought they were the same car but changed around like the Diamante.....  :misbehaving:

I like it as sort of a period oddity. I wouldn't take any element of it and put it on my car though.

Maybe a blower... but not on my car.

 :iagree:

I think that's the best description I've read.

"She'll make point five past light speed. She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, and I've made a lot of special modifications myself."
